the....PIED PIPER OF HAMELIN???

Well.....not exactly. This is actually the daughter of the original Pied Piper. He trained her in the arts of hypnotizing music so that she would continue the tradition. While practicing her arts in nearby towns she noticed that it had little to no effect on rats or children.....HOWEVER.....she did manage to attract crowds, LARGE crowds! Her "victims" were a different type and his father always suspected that somehow this had little to do with her musical skills.
